Norton Ghost boot up problem

I have recently installed Norton Ghost & backed up using a newly installed Iomega HDD. I don't think I followed the sequence properly and the system might be looking for the OS on the HDD. I have tried various different startup sequences in the bios to no avail. Giving me the same 'operating system not found' prompt. Can anyone help me?

A few possible pointers-though i'm no expert.
I use ghost 2003 and ghosted one of my partitons.
It made a 'Virtpart'which i think means a virtual partiton. On making this i made a ghostboot disk and was asked if i wish to make it access various drivers like usb and other external internal addons. Not sure if your drive is external or not,but you may try putting your ghost cd in and booting from that to try and access the drive.Other than that, have a read of your manual,as they are quite informative if you take the time to read them-Good Luck.
