Norton Firewall - repeated access attempts

Using XP and Norton Firewall. Every few minutes I get warning screen up with "Low Risk" . A remote system is attempting to access Microsoft Generic Host Process for Win32 services on your computer.
Protocol is TCP inbound and remote and local addresses seem to be the same except for the 4th set of nos and the ones after the colon. Keeps happening whether I block or accept(NF recommends accepting).
