Norton Antivirus - CD Autorun

  AFoxyLady 10:21 16 Apr 06

I am running Win xp Pro - and have installed NAV 2006, since then the autorun on my cd re-writable drive has stopped. Whenever I insert a picture cd or any blank cd to write, the autorun box does not appear, and a blank disk inserted appears to be full, when it has never been used. This means I cannot use the cd writer as it will not detect it automatically.

Autoplay Repair Wizard click here

and if that doesn't work then the manual repair is:
Autoplay disable/enable
1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then press ENTER.
2. Locate and click the following registry key:
3. To disable automatically running CD-ROMs, change the Autorun value to 0 (zero). To enable automatically running CD-ROMs, change the Autorun value to 1.
4. Restart your computer.
