Can anybody tell me? I have just bought a new laptop with Norton anti virus 2004 already installed. Can I load Norton System Works 2003 without a conflict, or will I need a later version.

You probably should be OK. It should automatically recognise you have the 2004 AV component installed & bypass the 2003 AV version of NSW.

IMHO don't install NSW as sometimes it makes your PC a lot slower. Instead make use of some of it's components directly off the CD (without installing), or install the ones you need separately, like Ghost or GoBack (assuming you have the Pro version of NSW?). Good luck, G
