I am currently using a voyager 2100 wireless router and have been having problems loading pages. I have been told that the problem is norton and that I should turn it off becaus the 2100 has its own firewall. Is this advisable???

My router's firewall lets the odd thing through but nothing too worrying.

Can you not configure the Norton firewall to allow web site access?

click here I see no mention of a firewall included in the router. Correction on that if you download the specifications it does mention a firewall which can be "simply or fully configured to provide protection on line". I'd leave this thread open for a while and hopefully someone will have the answer I'm afraid I no nothing about this type of firewall. The only suggestion I can give is if you don't get an answer from the Forum to phone and ask BT as its their router.
