Noadaware Nuisance

I seem to have downloaded a programme into my XP system which keeps calling for me to dial up and download a programme called 'Noadaware'. Does any lister know where this litle horror is likely to be lurking so that I can exterminate it manually?

The symptons are an infuriating dialogue box purporting to tell me Windows has detected spyware and requesting me to log-on to the site. It come up every 90 seconds or so and drives me crackers.

I have tried AVG, Spybot and Adaware, but they aren't picking it up. I've tried one or two free utilities too including Symantec, but they aren't detecting the pest either. I have recently installed CCleaner and Cleanup! for other problems following listers' advice - (both very good) - but these aren't picking up the problem either.

Any ideas please?
