NO SOUND - PLEASE HELP

Hello
I recently deleted some items from my pc and think i may have deleted something i shouldnt have as now i have no sound when i play music, video clips etc.

Ive included the information about my pc from belarc.
Have i deleted some software or driver?

It has onboard sound click here find your motherboard disk and reinstall the sound drivers, if you don't have the disk download them from the AsRock website.

Hi Guys, I downlaoded the driver and still no sound. I put the updated Belarc info on (see below) MY brain Hurts.......lol
