I have a philips freeline LS1100 and have recently installed windows vista into it. Problem is since then I have no sound....I'm not good with computers at all and wondered if this is a fixable problem?

So far I have tried downloading drivers for ati radeon and these are now up to date for windows vista....still no sound tho.

Bottom toolbar on screen has picture of speaker with a X next to it...says 'no audio output device is installed'

What does this meen? Is it my speakers (also philips freeline) that its saying are not installed or is it still a soundcard problem?

I don't even know if this makes sence....as I say, I really am not all that computer minded!

Really hope someone can help.

If the link doesn't work here's a manual one;
