System devices shows USB root hub working properly.
Power shows hub not working properly as no power.
Motherboard is AMD Athlon AGP Motherboard. Can anyone advise as to how to resume power supply.
This is powered by motherboard not mains.
Many thanks in advance. I know how knowledgeable you all are.

Try un-plugging your last addition to the hub. Mains powered hubs are better as they do not drain power from the motherboard when the additions get power greedy.

some boards are bad for this .in systems look for usb showing .try putting your mother board drivers on .look in your bios to make sure your usb all ports active .make all enabled ..pull out your device while windows on and put it back on .in win xp you will get a beep and it some times reactivates the usb
