No Parallel Port!

I have just bought a new Dell PC which has no parallel port.

I have just discovered that some software I use which is DOS based, prints directly to LPT1.

I cannot install a PCI card as the PC is small form factor with half height cards.

Can anyone suggest a solution to my problem without having to buy a new PC with a parallel port!!!

Is there a way in DOS to redirect the LPT1 port to a file so I ca print it later?

Is there any software that I can install that redirect the LPT1 port to the default Windows printer?
