No Outlook Express

  aneurin 21:16 15 Apr 06

I wanted to sync my laptop with my desktop for internet connection so I got a BT Voyager 2091 Router plus a card for my laptop. At the same time I had to migrate from Broadband Basic to BT Yahoo. Ever since I cannot use Outlook Express as my password (checked with BT) keeps being rejected. Neither BT or Netcom can assist and both say it is a Microsoft problem.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Do you get any error messages from OE? Do they mention `smtp`?

If you have changed from BT basic to BT Yahoo, is it perhaps necessary to enter a different POP3 (incoming) mail server address in the Outlook Express settings?
