For some reason there are no arrows to allow me to scroll up and down the pages all I can do is place the cursor at the bottom and try and slowly move the page up or down. Can someone explain what has happened and what is the solution

I assume you are talking about your browser? IE?

and not another program like word?

Maybe you have made your screen too big.

Is your screen set to the default resolution?

It is on here now PCA there are no arrows top or bottom what is supposed to happen when I press F11.My screen seems the same size. How do I set the screen to it's default resolution if that is the problem

I'm intrigued how you can put your cursor at the bottom and try to slowly move the page down. Doesn't seem to work for me.

Are you using Chrome by any chance?

  ponytail 23:23 16 Jan 14

My screen resolutions are 1600 x 900 which is the reccomended setting

Hi woolwell thanks for your reply not sure if I am using chrome.Do you mean google chrome how can I tell

  Woolwell 23:28 16 Jan 14

If you don't know then you are probably not using Chrome. Probably Internet Explorer - If you can see help on the menu bar then you should see "About Internet Explorer"

Have just followed rdave13 advise and tried clicking F11 all it does is select full screen and exit full screen neither option brings up the arrows
