I cannot seem to access help and support on my computer.I have looked around and the files seem to be there, but when I click on the desktop icon or from the list of programs nothing happens. I am using XP pro. Please advise!

Control Panel/Performance and Maintainance/Administrative Tools/{DoubleClick on}Services/ scroll down to Help and support [If it is enabled it should work]if it is disabled right click on it then click on properties.Click on drop down menu and click on Automatic./Apply.
Close then reboot and try again.

Why is Microsoft so helpful you have to get help to setup the help system what a cockup. I thought that new Operating systems was supposed to get better not worse

Is there a button on your keyboard, may be top left, with a ? on it? If there is try that.
