can any one help ?
I have a 20gb hard drive which has worked OK in the past. I have been moving it about from one PC to another and now can not get it to boot up.
I assume my BIOS settings are OK as other hard drives I have got all work OK.
If I do dir or command I can see all my files.
I would do format c but am again stuck with the problem of the hard drive not being recognised.

that your BIOS settings are OK - just because other drives work.

Go into the BIOS as the computer starts and see if it will auto-detect the drive.
