Hi, No beeps usually means a loose card or no power or a short. Check and double check all connections inside and outside pc. Check graphics card is fully seated.

Remove refit both memory and graphics card.

check monitor lead

remove everything plugged into PC like USB devices and printers etc.

try to boot to safe mode by tapping F8 during boot up.

Thanks, Fruit Bat,
Done all that, but as far as i can see,
it`s not actually booting up,
with there being no beeps, but i tried it anyway,
no joy.
