no disk message at startup

I have windows xp pro and when i startup a message appears 118:qtt ask.exe-no disk and it asks for a disk when I cancel it just keeps popping up asking for disks to my disk drives its a real pain any ideas how to get rid of it for good

if a recent occurence why not try system restore? have you installed uninstalled software recently.
