I'm trying to send an email with an attachment to a friend who tells me that the email is arriving but with no attachment.Perhaps I'm doing something wrong in how I'm sending the email .
Can I just receive an email , forward it , and re-send it straight to my friend ?If not then can someone please tell me how to do it?
I,m using Win98SE and my friend is using XP if that helps.

Yes you shouldn't have any problems sending it, the attachment will also forward to your friend. As he's using XP and I assume OE6, get him to make sure that OE isn't removing the attachment by going to, in OE, Tools > Options > Security tab and unticking the option to "do not allow attachments to be saved or opened... etc.".

It may be that the problem is at your friends end! Ask him/her, [If using outlook] go into, tools/options/security tab, then remove the tick from the box. "Do not allow attachments that may contain a virus"
