When I click on the Internet explorer icon, Zonealarm keeps asking me if I want to allow NHUPDATER.EXE to access the internet, I keep clicking on no because I am not sure wether it is spyware or not, has anyone got any ideas what this is. Thank you, Taram

I suppose Adaware click here and Spybot click here will remove it to save you doing it manually.

The curious thing I'd be interested in is where it originated ?

I've heard of it shipping with one or two program installs but if you can nail down where it can from it could help you/others avoid the same problem in the future.

Thanks for the advise, I will do a Adaware scan, to see if it removes it. The only programme installs I have downloaded recently is Nero burning rom, that came with my CD-RW, and also Galaxy Aires and Gnapster which are MP3 file sharing programmes. Taram
