Machine duly updated to Android 4.4 today and I'm utterly underwhelmed. Seemingly saving a bit of battery use under location and a new 'settings' icon and the 'back' 'recent apps' and another one disappears on some certain sites.

Is that it?

Wi-Fi signal not as strong and miss the 'lightning' graphic in the wi-fi icon showing that it's downloading/ connecting. Too much trouble reverting to 4.3 so will live with it. Glad that after 18 months (?) no more OS updates.

No replies so will resolve.

Ah, seems everyone else is utterly underwhelmed with it as well ;)

Looks like it but the Giant Nestle had freebie advert out of it. Good for them.

Doesn't say much for Google android, though, problems with the new Nexus 7 2013.
