New XP Installation, random reboots

I recently bought a new motherboard and cpu, formatted my harddrive and reinstalled Windows. Problem is, with this new installation the computer will randomly reboot with no prior warning. It doesnt seem to happen when I push the computer too hard, it will reboot even when doing something as basic as typing.
I have sent the error reports generated to be pointed in the direction of either a dodgy graphics card or dodgy memory. I have tested both and neither seem to have any problems.
My current system spec is:
Processor : AMD Athlon XP 2800+
Motherboard: MSI K7N2 Delta2
Memory: 1GB DDR 400fsb
Graphics: Nvidia GeForceFX 5900XT
O/S: Windows XP Pro (Service Pack 1)

Any ideas?

Also just noticed, Explorer and Internet Explorer tend to randomly kick out as well

This is because you need to do a "windows update".... There is a "dogey code" in XP that makes the system reboot, crash and sometimes disable hardware.... the update should resolve this!!!! :)

or install Service Pack 2
