Have looked at their website and d/loaded, but I can't tell if it is newer than my version. I saw no dropdown. Any chance of a link?

you have to goto ccleaner list of installed programs to get version number.

if running norton bets do not enable norton toolbar in manage adons there is clash where the norton toolbar blocks the info on the cookies being blocked by dnt plus, spent ages with abine, com support trying for a fix.

I have the old version on Firefox and tried to install it on I/E yesterday. It had a bad reaction to it and had to go into Ad-remove to delete it.

So not sure if you need one for each browser or not.

when i unistall it to reinstall just used ccleaner.

in firefox12 the icon is meant to be next to the homepage icon but i cannot find, got it working ok in ie9 and ie8.

Can confirm it is next to the home page Icon on Firefox 12 which is top right on the toolbar next to the address bar.

Ok found out why I had problems.I was using I/E8 and you need the I/E9.

firefox was blocking by default, now got it working in firefiox, works both in ie8 on xp and ie9 in w7

Yes I think Microsoft is at it.Went into add ons to download it and it said I needed IE9 and it looks like you don't need IE9 at all.
