New to plusnet, can send but not recieve E-mail

Been trying to sort ma in-laws Plusnet broadband which was activated today.
Her E-mail address can send E-mails but not receive any even if i click reply to the ones she sends.
The message bounces back and says 'DNS Error: Domain name not found'

I am with Plusnet, so have a look at your Account and under Servers you should see Incoming mail as and the Outgoing mail should be

The e mail user name is a bit strange as well, mine is listed as my surname, all lower case.

Thanks for the reply.
The servers were correct,But Plusnet said there hadn't set up the E-mail from there end and it would take 20-30mins.
The outgoing mail did take about 30 mins but the incoming mail has finally started working after about 6 hrs. Lol.

It'll have taken that long for the DNS records to propagate.
