How do I copy across my mails from outlook express on an old pc that no longer has a net connection or LAN connection to my new one that has outlook ?

I have found the outlook express file on my old pc. Can I just save certain files to disk then drop them into outlook ? If so which ones ? Same goes for my contacts.
Sorry if this has been asked before but I searched and couldnt find anything helpful

Open Outlook Express, choose File > Export. Use the CSV option for the type of file. Save to disk. Copy to floppy or CD, copy from CD or floppy to new PC. Then choose File > Import.
