Sounds fine for your intended purposes. If you intend to update to a more powerful graphics card in the future you may require a more powerful PSU.

Agree.

You haven't mentioned the monitor, for extended period of use - especially with spreadsheets - I would recommend 19" flat panel.

Printer / scanner ?
