New PC

I'm coming up to the time to upgrade my PC. As this is only every 4/5 years and I am not a techie I have a steep learning curve on the changes that have taken place.As a particular interest is video editing I am putting in an additional two large HDD which will run on SATA (I hope)but wonder if anyone can suggest a good AGP card that will take in analogue video (my camcorder still hasn't caught up). I am looking at the Asus K8V DL mobo with AMD 3200+ processor.
This board also has an i/o port at back which is RJ45. What is this?

For your camcorder, you need a TV capture card. i.e. Hauppauge click here or a Ati All in Wonder Card, that incorporates AGP and TV

NotsoNewuser, an RJ45 port is where you would plug in an ethernet adaptor.

PS the port at the back is for networking
