New monitor required

Hi all.

After seeking the advice of forum members here when I needed a new computer I bought a Dell inspiron 530 and a 19" widescreen LG monitor from Tesco direct. At the weekend the monitor developed a board fault and as I only got this in September 2008 Tesco have agreed to collect it.

Sadly the model has been discontinued so I am in the market for a new one up to approximately £200.

Any suggestions please? Must be widescreen.

Won't Tesco simply supply a replacement one - the nearest equivalent?

No. Only a refund on to my credit card as they claim there isn't one that is available.

Tesco may not have the same model so will offer you a refund. They do have a selection of 19" Monitors on their web site including LG click here Priced from £84+ or you could go for a 22" Monitor depending on what you use it for.

I liked the 19 inch I had although my only criticism was picture quality was poor sometimes.

I'd love to buy a 21 or 22 inch LCD with good picture quality.

I use it for streaming vids mainly and DVD.
