Hi,
I have just had to reinstall my Mesh pc over the phone with them today, and have a few problems.
To start with when i scroll the mouse the picture or text isn't smooth but rippley

Also i copied my drivers when i first bought the pc and now i don't know what to do to put them back.

I also am getting porno messanger and registry ect alerts from the messanger service but haven't been able to turn it off. (never used this before anyway).

If you can help me with any of these it would be helpfull.

cheers

Depending on how they are stored, on a CD or in folders.

Click on Control Panel > System > hardware> devices,

Any that have yellow triangles first-
Right click and choose properties > drivers.
Choose update driver and browse to the place where the drivers are saved.

Your video card will be under display, and hopefully the ripple problem will disappear when that has been updated.

I went to do as you said but the cd i copied the drivers on now seems to be empty which is strange because they were definetly there.

what do I do now i have no sound and a ripply picture.

The disc's i got from mesh were the recovery disc, keyboad disc, pininacle instant cd/dvd disc.
pinnacle studio disc which willnot load because it need service pack one, and where i had service pack 2 before i had to reinstall it.and a monitor disc.
So where are the video and sound disc's or is there something i have not thought about.

sorry for all there questions.

Thanks

For your Audio & video drivers , download this program called Everest home.

When you have it installed, start the program click on computer in the left hand pane then click summary all the hard ware will be listed, find the Video and audio entries and click on the entry and it will give you an option to go to the correct download site for your drivers.
