sorry, i was goin to ask about a graphics card, but decided to ask about computers and forgot to change title
IMO, The last one, Similar to mine except my Graphics card is the 512mb nVidia GeForce 8600 GTS (for HDMI).
I agree, the last spec is probably the best, and if you can, try to get an 8800GTX graphics card (the 9000 series are expensive at the moment)I run the 8800GTX with a Quad core Phenom CPU. It fly's! Best to go for at least 2GB ram.
