New drive showing - don't know what it is

A new drive has mysteriously appeared on 'My computer'. I have a card reader which was automatically assigned the letter 'F' but now 'F' has been assigned to something else. When the card reader is plugged in, it now shows up as drive 'G'. I have checked under 'Computer Management' and the mystery drive is untitled but the following is stated:

3.29GB FAT32 Healthy (EISA configuration) free space 1.66GB

Can anyone shed any light on this?

How many slots do you have in your card reader - each slot will be assigned its own drive letter. In this case it looks as if a 4Gb card is inserted?

I've found it! I recently connected a new printer and although that is shown as a drive in itself, the card reader it contains is shown as a separate one.
