I am starting to get problems with my hardware and feel a new computer is needed. The question is do I wait for Vista and a load of bugs/fixes or change now? Will the new chips with 64bit work better with vista?

If you feel that new system is needed, you can always get one with Windows Xp and Load Vista onto it when it comes out.

Look for a 64Bit compatible processor preferbly Dual Core if you want something future proof and Like always the best Graphics and Memory you can afford. Then when Vista Comes outs, you should have no problems with installing it.
