use a hair dryer, careful application of heat melts the glue and gently ease it up.

Just make a note of it and keep somewhere safe.
And / or,open notepad and type the code into this and print and burn to cd.
Then just rip the sticker off ,if it will not come off.

Hi,

Tried the hair dryer, didn't work, worth ago...

I have made a note of the COA license number, and also made my own label which I have stuck to the inside of the front door.Works....
It would be nice to have a proper sticker.....

Never mind,thanks for help

Why would you want a new one if you could just copy it?

"Why would you want a new one if you could just copy it?"

Just more secure having a proper label stuck to the case.

Honestly, £65 for a new sticker isn't worth it. As the others have said, take a note of it.

DO you mean buy a new OEM copy of XP,or £65 for a label?
