Networking and Win98

A quick question on behalf of a friend: does Windows98 support wireless networking? She is contemplating the prospect of wirelessly hooking up her teenagers' hodgepodge of machines - Win98 laptops, a Mac desktop - wirelessly. At the moment they're on AOL dial-up but apparently AOL doesn't support Mac, so any thoughts on the best bb supplier would be welcome, too.

I've just checked the manuals for my Belkin router and wireless cards and they are compatible with Windows 98 onwards (and MACs).

Thanks for taking the time to do that, VoG!
