Networking question

  daisy2bell 23:00 09 Sep 04

I have now ( finaly ) got my win98SE and win XP talking to each other.
The 98SE is the main mashine where I have AOL broadband installed.
The other mashine (XP) doesn't have AOL or modem installed.
Can I access and run AOL from my XP (through network), if so how

I saw in a magazine about the back orifice trjan, which you could use(or something like that) check click here. I'm not sure whether this will work ,just a suggestion ( and no it isn't a joke, I thought it was too)

Is there no way you can have the AOL being connected to the XP machine as the master?
It would be far more secure and easier to share from this pc

Control panel > add remove programs> add remove windows components go to internet connection sharing (ICS) and install and run it you will need a win 98 disk you will be prompted to put in a floppy which you will have to run on the XP machine to configure it when you have finished.
Madpentium is right though it is much more secure and easier to do with the XP machine as the gateway.
