Hi I have sky broadband and currently have a windows vista desktop pc and 2 wireless laptops making use of the router,
I have an old windows millenium desktop pc which i also wanted to get on the internet,First of all I tried a wireless lan usb adapter
which did gain access to the internet but quite a weak signal, allowed things like msn to be used but when trying to call up websites
they would take ages to display or just wouldnt load at all.The old pc as no ethernet port so i purchased an ethernet usb adaptor and tried
to connect directly from router into usb port of old pc but this didnt seem to work at all.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can provide
regards

Hi Neil,

I would advise trying a different USB wireless adapter click here or try something like a PCI card to connect click here

Hope this helps
