networking & ICS

I have a home network of 3 PCs, connected by Belkins wireless USB adapters 2 PCs are XP Home Edition and One is a Win 98 2nd Edition.

I have set up the ISP addresses manually and all 3 PCs can "see" each other on the network. Internet connection is via an XP machine with a dial up modem.

The problem is that I cannot access the internet on one XP machine nor the 98 machine. I have run the Network setup wizard and used it to create a floppy disk to use on the other 2 machines. But all this does is change the ISP address from the one I assigned to "obtain an ISP address automatically". This results in the PCs unable to see each other.

I have tried disabling my firewall (norton) but this has no effect.

Any suggestions please
