Networking 2 computers with one monitor

I am preparing to order the necessary hardware to network two desktops. At the moment I have one monitor which is connected to both systems with a KVM switch, can I continue using this with a wireless connection?

Yes, that should not be a problem.

Once networked, you could also run a VNC application such as RealVNC in order to "remote" control one PC from the other. I have in the past run a PC with no monitor, keyboard or mouse connected to it, but with RealVNC set to launch when booted.

Thanks for the help guys, I just want to run the 2 systems on the 1 monitor for now, I think Mr. Claus may be calling with a nice TFT, I hope anyway.
