Network Timeout

  peterpie 08:23 14 Oct 09

Vista SP1
Firefox 3.0.14 or Internet Explorer 8
Broadband via cable modem (Numericable)

I am trying to view a video which should be displayed from the following URL:

I can see that this page is trying to access:

I am supposed to get a video displayed, but I get a blank screen instead.

If I try to access "click here" I get:

"Network Timeout
The server at click here is taking too long to respond."

I have tried changing the network timeout in the registry from 1500 to 2000 (15 secs to 20 secs) but same response.

Apparently this service works as the support people tell me they have no problem.

Pity they don't have some ideas for me.

Does anyone here have some ideas to help me out on this one.
