If it is UPnP then turn the Service off ...in xp Go to the Control Panel and Administrator Tools choose Services...scroll down the list and Set UPnP to Disabled its not needed and is a known security risk.... see if it still occurs.

Is this correct UPnP is used for plug and play ,do I need it on my LAN for reconizing Laptops pluggging in and out.If so can I add a filter to block all UPnP from going to WAN.

also seems to be broadcasting always, with SSDP????
still haven't investigated this one !
thanks
