hi all.
i have a wireless router to which a laptop connects and a pc.this all works well and we can surf the net and share eveything.

I have enable wep, however is there a program out there (free) which gives you a warning if someone is trying to access your network. i turn the router off when im not in, so its only for when i will e using a pc

all use winxp home sp2

I don't know any free network monitoring program,maybe other forum member can help.

But if you worry about the intrusion,try setting up WPA-PSK or even WPA-802.1x instead of WEP which is far more superior securitywise.
