I currently use a belkin wireless router for internet access and have tiscali as my service provider but when I click on my connection icon it tell me I am connected to TalkTalk 520 can somebody explain to me what all that is about and how I can get back to connecting to tiscali

Right click the wireless icon and choose view available networks.
Then click change the order of preferred networks.
Move tiscali to the top and remove the talktalk network.
