In device manager there is a yellow mark against this: Network Adaptor ISAP (876FA61F-9C56-43D3-AC4C-5F817FID9EB2)
What is this and can I delete it.

Is this a laptop or a tower? A network adapter could be wireless, bluetooth or a RJ45 Ethernet cable for example. If it is the latter you just need to download a driver for it.

Sure it's not ISATAP? If so, it's to do with IPv6, you can safely ignore it. If you delete it, it might come back the next time you reboot regardless. It's not having any effect on your networking or anything else.
