My desktop was once connected to a router and a laptop. I no longer use another computer. Should i disconnect from all services that have anything to do with a network. If so how. I have a high speed cable connection but it seems slow.
Thanks rao

You can disable certain network-related services in the services management console if you really wish to, but you won't know which ones are safe to disable and there is very little point. I'm not going to go into detail about them all, but if you want to know about Windows services, click here.

Kemistry,

Thanks but there are too many options. I'm not going to mess with this. Thanks again.
