In a similar vein no andy h, I am having problems with my daughters pc which uses Aol as her isp. After having spent what feels like weeks trying to get help from their tecchies I am at the stage now, where I get an avaiable network listing but have limited or no connectivty, although the signal is strength 5.
If I unplug the ethernet cable I lose conectivity completely. Any ideas please??

mr frustrated,

I'm sure you must be very frustrated, but I have no idea what you are asking.

Is it that you can't log on to AOL? Is this by ethernet cable through the router? Is it a wireless network you are having a problem with? How many networks show on which available network list? What is "strength 5"?

Regards,

Felix

You haven't given any information about the adapters that are involved (make/model, type and installation) what firewall you are using, your OS, or the version of DG834G (1, 2 or 3).

Try turning off WEP. I had same problem go into your settings turn off WEP and try connecting. Reapply WEP or change to WPA etc.
