netflt.sys and Vista

I guess lots of Vista problems on their way. Anyone had problems loading vista upgrade (from XP)and getting installation failed because netflt.sys file missing or corrupted? I use a Dell PC that is MORE than adequate for the requirements for vista. I also use Panda antivirus Software 2007 that Panda assures me should be OK. I note on the web that at least one other user has had the same problem but there was no resolution. Thanks in anticipation.

You might be better doing a clean install if you've got the full-fat version rather than an upgrade. Or one time-consuming workaround if you have an upgrade DVD is to do a clean reinstall of XP and then upgrade that.

Have upgrade so reluctant to do a clean install, however the idea of a reinstall of XP sounds attractive. Can i keep thinking about it till i commit myself? Thanks Kate
