My ISP is Orange and my e-mail address still contains the old ‘freeserve.co.uk’ as part of the address. In order to obtain a .NET Passport to use Remote Assistance, is it absolutely necessary to create yet another e-mail address such as Hotmail?

There is other software out there for remote assistance, i personally use teamviewer. It's free for home users >>click here

Thanks TIMBO. I'm sure it'll do nicely. I've looked at the application's website and had a go at its demo. It seems very straightforward and easy to get to grips with.
