Need an offline browser that will support.........

click here is the site I am trying to download for offline browsing.
I am an employee and one of the directors wants to have a presentation on Wednesday night to show it to the staff.

I have downloaded many an offline browser and can I get the menu bar to work! nope!

Any suggestions would be most gratefully received.
I have tried
Webstripper
Webcopier Pro
Backstreet
Surfoffline

Unless I havent set them up right I cant seem to get the menu bar to work.

I did manage to get webcopierpro to work in the end.

For some reason though it displays the menu bar correctly within its own browser but not when showing it in IE.
