need help with infected file

I have my pc protected with blueynders pc guard, after every scan it tells me that is as found and deleted an infected file by the name of D:\DOCUME~1\ALISON~1\LOCALS~1\TEMP\INSTALLER.EXE , can anyone help me permently delete this infected file? what is it and how can i protect against this kind of nonsense. I also keep having a notice informing me of a script error, and asking do i want to continue, also I keep getting a page trying to open with livebiz on it!?? your kind help and advice would be realy appreciated

is pc guard an anti virus tool which carries out removal? if so and you have xp you prob need to disable system restore, my computer/properties/hardware/system restore and untick, run scan again and dont forget to restore the tick afterwards.

Disable sys restore (above). Download avg antispy and run here
Go to click here and run the online scanner.
