Need to connect tv to pc but no bedroom aerial

I have a rooftop aerial in my living room for my TV but I want to buy a TV card for my Dimension 8300 Desktop in my bedroom. Apart from drilling a wallsocket, could this be done wirelessly and if so how? If this can be done what is recommended a usb tv tuner or a tv card? Thanks

I dont know of a wireless way to do this other than getting a tuner card that can accept one of those tv signal sender gadgets in maplin. Alternatives include using a signal booster £15 also in maplins with the supplied aeriel or your own.

Even a USB TV tuner stick requires a pretty strong signal. This link just might help (the stick's inbuilt aerial can (normally) accept a coaxial plug):
