hi, i have recently had to format my hard drive and have lost my sound, i do not know where to locate my soundboard to get to see which driver i need. It is not a seperate soundcard and my computer is a hp pavillion410.uk if that is of any use. does anyone know how i would go about finding which driver i need, thanks

Right click My Computer and select Properties. Click the Device Manager tab and look down the list for the sound entry. Are there any warning signs? If you expand the entry you can right click on the sound card and select Properties then click on the Driver tab. Follow the prompts to install the driver.
