Mystery re-boot

I will start by saying I have sorted the problem but curious to know if anyone has an answer.
I am running XP and shortly after starting to play Spider Solitaire on my PC it would either re-boot or show the blue screen of death. The following error details would be displayed:-
0x000000D1 (0x80000038,0x00000002,0x00000000,0xF79FB739)
usbohci.sys-AddressF9FB739 base at F79FA000
The bit of this that may have meant anything to me was'usb'.
I have a PCI USB bus card installed plus 2 usb ports on the mobo.I had recently swopped usb leads around in attempt to cure an internet problem which turned to be the ISP.A broadband modem was plugged into the PCI card and as soon as I changed this to a usb port on the mobo the Spider Solitaire problem went away.
Any ideas anyone?
